HUNTERS CHAMPION LABRADORS

A Little Bit About Us

Hunters Kennels is located on 5 acres of land in East Central Wisconsin 3 miles South East of appleton in the Town of Menasha. Where we currently train and board dogs. We are a family-owned business with family dogs. We have worked with Labrador Retrievers for over 30 years while growing a custom home building and construction supply company. Now we have decided to do what we enjoy the most: hunt, train, and compete with our Labradors Retrievers. We have 70 acres of training land in Dale, Wisconsin. Our focus is on breeding the best line of healthy, genetically sound versatile Labrador Retrievers, that are not only exceptional family pets but world class hunting retrievers. We offer stud dog services, Boarding & Training of all breeds, along with puppies and starter dogs tailored for their new family's lifestyle and needs, whether that be a family dog, service dog or a champion hunter.

We have bred and trained World, National, and State Champions. Trained and handled Master hunters and HRC Finished dogs.  We have learned what makes a Champion at home or in the field. All our Labradors are used in guide services extensively for upland hunting and, waterfowl retrieving. Our dogs see hundreds of birds each year, they are full time Retrievers.

What has made our dogs so special was the perfect blend of legendary Labradors from both American and British field trial lines, creating a line of Labrador Retrievers  that are eager to please with exceptional noses and  calm relaxed temperament at home. Our Labradors are bred to have a intense desire to retrieve and are extremely intelligent with unmatched stamina and drive in the field. We create legends.
